This total landscaping transformation recently took place at a large modern Thai style house in Prauchaup Khiri Kahn, Thailand. The owners had just renovated the property and were at the stage where they needed the garden taken care of. After several meetings and design discussions, the team moved in and took over the project.
The garden was to include a fully automatic sprinkler system, to run twice a day, as well as a large yoga deck (see post here), complete leveling, grassing (over 2000 sqm) and a modern tropical planting design, to match the scale of the home.
This large garden was completely transformed in just two weeks, due to the diligence, successful planning and hard work of the Thai Garden Design team.
A long, wide sandwash concrete pathway (above), curving across the front garden, was constructed to link the front house entrance to the roadside below, both sides of the pathway completed with interesting resort style light lamps, large rock boulders, and unique tropical foliage.
