Thai Garden Design recently helped a Bangkok couple to install a new landscaped garden at their new home.
The couple were also looking for a suitable Sprinkler System for Urban Bangkok Gardens, and the team designed and installed a Hunter residential irrigation system, as part of the project.
New good quality garden soil was spread across all areas, and a layer of sand for smooth grading.
The walls of this estate home were extended with a modern style, wood plastic composite fencing, giving extra height and privacy.
Sprinkler Systems in Bangkok
This Hunter Sprinkler System in Bangkok was installed by Thai Garden Designs sprinkler team, experienced in residential and commercial sprinkler projects. A 4 zone X-core Hunter Controller was used, along with Hunter pop-ups and micro spray heads, which cover smaller garden beds.
The sprinkler system is trained away from terraces and windows, directed to planted and lawn areas only.
A selection of hardy, low maintenance plants and shrubs were used to create tropical privacy across all areas, a 2m high hedge of ficus trees line the side gardens, with bird of paradise plants adding a leafy tropical feel around corner areas, to soften the facades of the home.
Existing trees were pruned back expertly, and minimally, so as not to destroy their natural good looks!
The finished garden is a head turner, clean lines and large lawn areas, with plenty of natural foliage, and privacy.
