Lime trees like areas of full sun and moist, well-draining soil. Best to choose a position with at least eight hours of direct sun. Also try to protect the tree from harsh winds. Care needs to be taken with watering Lime trees, they prefer consistent watering, and may drop their leaves if left dry, but too much watering will kill them also.
