Thai Garden Design recently visited, designed and improved this entrance and side garden at a family home in the Bang Na district of Bangkok. The garden was generally letting this grand house down! Patchy grass, hap hazard planting and untidy stones left it all looking dishevelled and un kept. After discussions about possible designs and planting, the new garden was underway.
The team got to work. Firstly the team used an imported geo textile underlay, to keep future weeds at bay. An attractive laterite pathway was laid, giving easy access to the spirit house located at the back of the property.
Finally, new earth was brought in and used to level the front garden, with a new broad leaf grass lawn installed for low maintenance. A new planting design ensures this garden will look good for years to come.
