The Thai Garden Design team recently completed this amazing new landscaped garden for a Bangkok expatriate, in the Bang Na area of the city. The attractive modern home was being a little bit ‘let down’ by the ‘so-so’ garden, which lacked any design or appeal.
The owner had a clear idea about his vision and so designs and drawings were a ongoing process throughout the renovation.
The key was to create an attractive, low-maintenance space, whilst hiding some of the imperfect features (many drain lids etc).
In total, the new garden is made up of many nice new features: a wood plastic composite (WPC) Thai Sun decked walkway, conwood privacy fencing in certain sections, new planting and hedges, rock garden designs and easy walkway stepping stones.
Communication was a major reason for the success of the project, as the owner had previously had frustration when dealing with other workers at the home.
Taking just two weeks to complete, the final garden is a great mix of colour, vibrance, clean design and low maintenance.
