This garden plan is great as it is suitable for families or couples, and has many nice features included within the design. The plan is also easily adapted for similar sized plots within Bangkok residences and moo bahns.

Hardscapes at the back of the house make sure there is enough space for utility areas, whereas the sides and front are designed for relaxation time. The water feature on the right side would be a popular party area for social times, chatting with friends in the evening and BBQ's, and the terrace located on the opposite side is great for weekend working and dining.

The planting scheme can also be adapted towards low maintenance, or for those that are keen gardeners.

A grassed lawn is present at the front of the property where there are good levels of sun throughout the day. Areas where grass would find it hard to survive are generally planted with a suitable species, or otherwise the area is hardscaped.
