In this example, a couple from Samchuk in Suphanburi Province had just finished building their new home alongside a beautiful river. Although the house was finished, there was no garden, and so the couple contacted Thai Garden Design.
The Pornchai Garden team visited the property and listened to the clients likes and dislikes, and from there produced a garden design, which was amended with the customers input over several days. Once the couple were happy, a price and start date were agreed, and the team got to work.
A new flagstone paver with grass were installed, along with new bamboo planted along one wall, and colourful shrubs and covers next to the house.
As can be seen in the above shot, the riverside sala looks a little out of place with no planting, footpath, or grass.
Other features included pebble and foliage gardens, a bright waterpot feature at the entrance to the garden, and some heavy teak seating that was built bespoke by the team.
In the end, the couple got the garden they deserved for their new home.
